“I can't say enough great things about the entire team at On Point. This is the first remodel we have done and the entire idea of it was overwhelming. We replaced all the floors in our house. Karen eased our concerns, answered all our questions, and really helped us find floors that looked like they were made for our house. Matt, Ethan, and John installed our vinyl paneling and they were awesome. Matt really cared about how we were doing and making sure we understood the process as it was happening. This is so helpful if you are living in your house during the work. Ethan and John really pushed to get things done within the time frames we needed. Their workmanship was INCREDIBLE!! This kind of thing makes you want to run to a vacation or a hotel, but in the end, there is that sense of peace and warmth that feels integrated into your particular home. “We just completed a contract with On Point Flooring to remove existing ceramic tile and laminate flooring and replace with luxury vinyl flooring. Karen Gossard, the company representative, managed the process from beginning to completion. We meet her at their showroom where she assisted us in choosing the floor color and design. She was very helpful pointing out the pros and cons of the different manufacturers and products. The very detailed proposal was completed leaving nothing in the dark. We found the price to be very competitive after getting proposals from two other suppliers. The date was set, production began and Karen monitored the whole process. After completion she did an examination of the work to insure that everything was done to our satisfaction. We just have two things to say about our experience.
