“From the first phone call, Karen was quick to respond to every call, text, or email. She brought a number of samples and quickly learned our style. Clayton worked long hours around our needs and our schedule and his attention to detail resulted in patterns that were perfectly matched. We had some baseboard and door frame damage due to a pet and Karen and Jerry worked to find a solution to replace casing that is no longer manufactured. This team was professional and took pride in their work. Our carpet is beautiful and I know we will enjoy it for many years.”

“We hired OnPoint Flooring to install LPV throughout our entire 2,800 sf house that involved removing the existing carpet, hardwood, linoleum and ceramic tile. What a great experience starting with Karen Gossard our sales representative. She was knowledgeable, professional, patient and easy to talk to. No sales tactic or pressure. Our installers Feodor, Victor Sr., Victor Jr., and Roman were amazing! Quality work and extremely hard workers. Start time was 8am and everyday of the project (6 days) they arrived early to start on time. Can’t say enough about our experience and would highly recommend OnPoint Flooring.”

“Let me start this review by saying that I am cynical about home improvement contractors, especially the big box store type. I’m nearly 70 years old and have first-hand experience with building construction, having remodeled a few homes. My father was an independent paint contractor, and I grew up understanding how selecting a contractor by the average homeowner is a crap shoot. My father often was hired to fix other ‘contractors’ shortcuts and problems. That brings me to Karen Gossard and On Point flooring, an honest, hard-working team of professionals my dad would have been proud to recommend to his family and friends, as I am. Karen visited our country home several times before we committed to the project. First, she mapped out our entire 3,000 square foot house for computer-aided design, making aesthetic and practical recommendations, and leaving hardwood and carpet samples to consider as she didn’t want us to make an impulsive decision. With expertise, Karen fielded numerous questions from my wife Jayne and me about one of the most significant investments we were about to make in our home. Ultimately, we selected carpet for our bedrooms and engineered hardwood for common areas except where tiled. The On Point hardwood crew arrived first and devoted two days to prepping the subfloor to ensure our living room, dining room, family room, and hallway were level edge to edge. I was impressed because a lesser company could have easily skimped on this aspect without raising suspicion. But not the OnPoint Flooring crew; they wanted a perfect result and did what was necessary to achieve it. Same with the carpet installer who arrived after the hardwood was down. He was a one-person army who installed four bedrooms and closets worth of carpet in two days with incredible precision, quite a feat from my perspective. We thank Karen and the rest of the crew: Seth, Warren, Jake, and Clayton! All said and done; we adore our new flooring. It completely transformed our living space, and we can’t stop admiring it. “My wife and I had the majority of our floors torn out and replaced with hardwood. Karen was awesome to work with. She was patient, knowledgeable in all aspects of the job from helping us choose our flooring to keeping us in the loop with scheduling to following up to ensure everything was completed well. The crew that did the work were incredible. They were a pleasure to have in our home! They too listened to our concerns and addressed them graciously and in a very professional manner! On Point Flooring is our go to flooring company and we will happily refer them to our friends!”

“We had to have the majority of our floors replaced, and that included removing existing floors and baseboards. Plus moving all our furniture. Then replacing the baseboards. What a challenge! But it was handled with grace and hard work. Starting with Karen, who came to our house probably 3 or 4 times, to make sure we chose the floor we wanted. Then the first day, Warren, Seth and Jake showed up to start. We were told it would take 5 days, which is what we expected. They were quick to move everything out of the way, remove baseboards, and get to work. All in all it only took 4 days, but I know that's because they worked their tails off, and I never heard a word of complaint. I love our new floor so much, I've even been lying down on it, petting it! Yes, a little over the top, but you have no idea how bad it was before. Happy customer here.”

“I don’t normally write reviews, but I was compelled to do so after having our new floors installed by OnPoint Flooring. Karen was amazing. She was knowledgeable, personable, and willing to work with us with no pressure at all. She was only happy when we were happy. She worked with us from beginning to end. In fact, Cole, the installer was the same way. What an amazing group of people and what an amazing company! You need new flooring? Your only choice should be On Point Flooring!!”

When there was a small problem due to other work being done on the house, they came back and fixed it in a timely manner. We had both carpet and planking put in and are very happy with both.
