“Great customer service! I recently inquired about flooring for our basement. I wanted to match our upstairs as close as possible. Shaina came to our home for measurements and asked us lots of questions about what we wanted. She explained everything in a sense we could understand. Shortly thereafter she provided us with a rough quote as I had recommended. We met in the Omega Showroom and picked a couple options of what we wanted. Shaina then emailed quotes the next day in a very organized fashion showing each product we had interest in with the quotes clearly labelled. We chose Omega thanks to Shaina's customer service!
