“I'd like to give 2 big thumbs up and 5 stars to Katherine and her crew at Odile's. From start to finish I felt we were in great hands for the replacement of our counters and backsplash that was needed during the termite remediation project in our home. Katherine patiently answered all of our questions and dealt with all of our concerns. The contractors who did the countertop installation and tile work were timely and thorough and did a magnificent job. Katherine kept us updated throughout the project, and the project timeline was maintained. At one point we had a crisis with our stovetop installation due to some pieces being missing from the packaging, and Katherine went above and beyond to help us resolve this issue even though the fault was ours for the missing pieces. Our kitchen looks the best it has ever looked since we moved into this house! We will definitely hire Odile's again because they provided exceptional work and outstanding customer service. You will not regret trusting them with your home reno/decorating needs.”
