“From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. It began back in September 2020. We wanted wall to wall carpeting removed in two bedrooms and replaced with hardwood to match what was already in the rest of the house. Tom came to our home, spent a lot of time with us, and subsequently searched until he found a hardwood that was almost identical to the one we had in the rest of the house. We moved into the house in November, the floor was scheduled to be installed in December, but we had to postpone due to illness. This was handled very graciously, and when we finally were ready (May 2021), he arranged for the installation right away, despite the difficulties the pandemic has been causing businesses, and a wonderful installer completed the project quickly and beautifully! We would absolutely not hesitate to recommend NP Flooring! (And we LOVE the new floors--even better than we hoped for.)”

He was very polite and professional - even when our cats were chasing the laser light when he was measuring - lol. Mike and Charlie work very well together, very personable, friendly and professional. Went right to work and when finished, they vacuumed and removed any evidence that they were here. “Tom was recommended to us by our realtor since we’re new to the area. We needed carpets for most of the house, and were coordinating it from afar. Tom made the whole process easy. Because of uncontrollable factors with the carpet manufacturer, the job was going to be done a week late, which we couldnt do because the moving truck was scheduled. Tom went out of his way to make it work, driving far to meet the delivery truck and having his crew work on our house, the eve before Thanksgiving! We couldn’t be happier!!
