“I recently had Gary from Nic-Lor floors come to give me an estimate on a whole house remodel. He was very helpful in choosing the right product for the job and addressed my concerns about the uneven floors. When we were scheduled the install crew came at the time arranged and asked a few questions to verify the install. They were there for 2 days since it was a big job and they did an excellent job. Both the Vinyl and the plank floor looked great. Luis and Lorena and Gonzo are the best installers. We look forward to having them back for future jobs. The office staff is equally as helpful and responsive. Nichole and Brandy are quick to handle any questions and make sure things are taken care of for billing and scheduling. “They were wonderful to work with from sales through installation. The installation team was very polite and left our house as clean as possible each day. They understood that having our entire upstairs done while still living in our house was disruptive and worked hard to minimize our inconvenience. We had a tight time frame for installation and the team really worked hard to accommodate our schedule. Our new floor is beautiful!”
