“I am so glad I chose New Braunfels Flooring I went to several big box stores and a couple other local stores to compare. The prices were close if not equivalent to the big box stores. The REAL difference is from the moment you step in their shop. The personal service is incomparable to any of the others. I left feeling totally informed of what floor would work within my budget and lifestyle. I was nervous because I couldn’t be there for the installation but one of their employee’s was there to make sure everything went well and kept in touch with me. Approximately 3 weeks later I had one small issue with one little piece of molding and someone came out immediately and fixed it. All, in all I would HIGHLY recommend New Braunfels Flooring!”

I got an accurate estimate, the guys came, demo'd the old floor and installed the new one on time & when they said they would, they couldn't have been more pleasant and knowledgeable about the entire process. They cleaned up after themselves and behaved like complete gentleman. My new floor is beautiful, and getting it done was painless. From now on I will highly recommend the team at New Braunfels Flooring to everyone that needs or is considering new flooring.
