“Filipe and his company are amazing!! We recently had garage carpet installed by another company. For numerous reasons the carpet and adhesive needed to be removed. Filipe and crew were very thorough with the tedious removal, repainting, and install of garage floor tiles. “Felipe did a great job with our floors! We wanted LVP in our whole house but did not think we would be able to afford it. The quote they gave us for our entire house was less than a quote we received for just the living room, hallways, and closets in our house. Not only were they the most affordable quote we received, but they also completed our job quickly! They were even able to work around our kitchen renovation in the middle of their job. We love our new LVP floors!”

“Neo Flooring is the flooring company to pick!! Not only did they have the best pricing, they were VERY professional! Talk about red carpet service! I live in the Bridgemill neighborhood. I wanted to take out the carpet & make our whole house wood flooring, but wanted to match the current wood flooring in my living room/kitchen area. I was so disappointed that it was no longer made. They helped me find another that was such a close match, you can't even see the difference between the new & old flooring. They even had it continuing from the living area into the spare bedroom without a transitional piece! It looked AMAZING! They were very clean in appearance and cleaned up after themselves each day of work! Their communication was impeccable! Their follow up & follow through was spot on. Not once did I have to doubt if they would show up or do what they said they were going to do! Very dependable & reliable. The quality of work is FANTASTIC!!! I am a very picky person and I have to say, they did a phenomenal job!! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!”

“Jon and Filipe were extremely patient with my indecisiveness! 😄 I was dead set on some floors they didn’t carry at the time. They went above and beyond to get me the floors I wanted. They made sure to keep me in the loop and once the floors arrived they were at my house within 2 days and were done installing it the same day. The crew was very careful while moving my furniture around and they put everything back in its place before they left. They were very thorough, reliable and attentive. Now I am looking forward to replacing my upstairs floors with them soon.”
