“Unique flooring and Design did an amazing job on our home. They pulled up our existing wood floor and carpet, and installed beautiful new oak floors throughout the house. Nelson was super helpful and patient with all of our decisions. Even finding the wood floor we really wanted when other companies could not. The installer, Jerry, was amazing. He laid the new floor beautifully, combining all the wood variations perfectly. Jerry is definitely a master at his trade, and is extremely patient at making sure the job is done perfectly. My husband works in the construction field and he is very impressed, which is saying a lot.”

AB is an outstanding installer, He was professional and highly conscientious about his work. He continually checked with us making sure the job met our expectations. As proof of Nelson/Unique Flooring's dedication to customer service; Near the end of the project, an error was discovered in the original estimate that required more flooring. Nelson quickly addressed the situation and ensured that we had the additional flooring within a couple of days. Further, because it was an error in their estimate he absorbed the additional costs (which were substantial). It was a pleasure doing business with the team at Unique Flooring.”
