“Erika was especially helpful and efficient in setting up my installation of wood flooring upstairs and on the stairs, matching the Naffco install of my downstairs flooring completed several years ago. The quality of the wood and the installation by their team are outstanding. Although I selected a runner for the stairs for safety purposes only, preferring the bare wood, Erika was able to steer me to a pet friendly and extremely attractive carpet that enhanced the wood appearance.
