“Overall I was pleased with this service. At the end of it, our floors look great which is what we really care about, and the price point wasn't bad. There were a couple of times where customer service issues came into play, but wasn't a huge deal. I was told a couple times that I would receive a text message before someone arrived to perform tasks but never received a text. One time we received a text and were told that someone would arrive between 11 AM -12 PM on a certain day, but they didn't show up until 3 PM. However, the workers were friendly and the job was done quickly with very few hiccups. Much appreciated!”

“My experience was 5 stars from stars from start to finish. Carlo, Evelyn, and Thomas (plus his team) were all fantastic. I got a few estimates and mynewfloor was by far the best price with tons of options that Carlo walked me through. Thomas and team came in and started working efficiently and turned a 2 day job into a 1 day job with amazing results. I’ve used two other flooring companies in the past and now I know I’ll never use anyone but mynewfloor again!”
