“Mr. Hardwood is a fantastic business! We've had an excellent experience with them from initial quote to finished product. They installed luxury vinyl plank and carpet throughout our house and removed our old carpet. Both the carpet and the vinyl are very nice; you can tell they choose their products with care. I was impressed that they also install the shoe mould for the vinyl and paint it along with the baseboards. Most other places we looked at did not include that service. Furthermore, they use quarter round instead of plain shoe mould, which is a far superior product. And, they matched the shoe mould color with our cabinets in the kitchen, which looks way better than what we had previously. We haven't had any major issues since installation. The few minor issues we had were resolved quickly, and Mr. Hardwood communicated with us well throughout the entire process. They were always friendly, professional, and willing to help. Their prices were also quite reasonable compared to other places we looked at. They were careful when moving our furniture, and nothing was damaged. Overall, I was extremely impressed with our experience working with them! You can tell they really care about their customers and the quality of their work. I will definitely choose Mr. Hardwood for any future projects!”
