“I wish I could give a better review but unfortunately I can’t. This is how my bath tub was left on a brand new home that they laid the tile for. I don’t know if this is their responsibility or the builders but nevertheless it should not have ever been presented to me this way!! Notice how only it’s partially grouted. The rest of the bathtub is the same. I do not understand their reasoning for this at all. Update: I am very pleased with how the situation is being handled. The very next day the owner, Maxie went through the trouble to get my phone number and called me. She is doing everything she can to fix the issue that was at hand. She had no idea she had a dissatisfied customer and I am partly to blame for that and my builder is to blame as well. But I really appreciate Maxie coming through to make things right.”

“After meeting with several flooring contractors and getting several quotes on LVP, carpet and ceramic tile, I decided on Custom Interior and Exterior based on price, selection of flooring and they just overall seemed more helpful and interested in picking the right colors and right flooring within my budget. They did the flooring for the entire house and did an amazing job and were quick...in and out in about 2 days for a 1500 sq ft job. They left everything spotless clean and even vacuumed the carpet they laid in the bedrooms. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would (will) use them again!
