“We hired Marra Flooring to refinish all of the hardwood floors and replace bedroom carpets in our new house. We had a tight timeline between closing and moving in and Dylan and Jim were on top of things to keep everything on schedule. The work was meticulous and the hardwoods look brand new. After the carpets went in, it looked so good, we decided to replace the carpet in an additional room. They were able to get us a revised proposal, order the additional materials and get it installed in just a couple of weeks. Highly recommend Marra for all your flooring needs!”

Ashley, Jim and Bobby were very responsive and followed up multiple times to check on the status and how we liked the carpet. “We want to give a big shout-out to the folks at Marra flooring. We purchased a 3,000 sqft property in Waltham, MA, that needed new flooring and baseboards throughout, and we gutted and renovated the master bathroom. We were new to the Waltham area but decided not to hire a contractor and managed the project independently. Our realtor recommended that we contact Marra flooring to get our project kicked off. Rob and his team at Marra flooring went above and beyond throughout our project. We spent multiple weekends at the Marra showroom in Ashland, getting samples and bouncing ideas off the team to ensure we ended up with the right flooring around the house and bathroom floor and wall tile. Regardless of how busy the showroom was everyone was attentive and found time to talk with us each weekend. Rob and his team were kind enough to provide us with local, highly rated plumbing, carpentry, and electrical companies for our bathroom renovation and baseboard replacement. They also helped us coordinate the different lines of work throughout our bathroom renovation project. We were not expecting this level of service and could not be happier with our new flooring and bathroom. As is always the case, our property had a few complications and surprises. Rob's team did a great job keeping us informed and ensuring there were no surprises concerning project timing and cost. Several of our neighbors mentioned how surprised they were that we got such a complex project completed so quickly. The speed of our flooring installation and bathroom renovation would not have been possible without the Marra team. We thank the Marra team for their assistance and guidance throughout our project.
