“Since I had used Luxor Floors to install carpeting in a Burlingame property, which turned out great, I decided to have them look at a San Francisco property I was remodeling that needed flooring. The day after I called Luxor, Patrick drove to San Francisco to measure the square footage and look at the floors which were really destroyed from construction and 90 years of wear and tear. I wanted to refinish the floors, but when I went into Luxor the owner, Louis, explained that the wood was very thin and could be refinished, but he also showed me beautiful new wood flooring options. Louis' and Patrick's style is completely without pressure and totally honesty, which I really appreciated since this was a big decision and I was already stressed out. I finally decided it was best to put in new Reward flooring (a local manufacturer). The installers came to the house, dropped off the new hardwood flooring to acclimate for a few days, demolished the old floors, repaired the subfloor extensively, and when I asked them to install the flooring in a diagonal pattern they agreed without any problem. In fact they were very nice during the whole installation which went into the night. There were only a few left-over pieces, so the measuring was perfect and no money was wasted. It's all finished now and I'm extremely happy with the whole entire process of working with Luxor Floors, including the sales team, extensive flooring options, installation, and reasonable pricing. I wouldn't go anywhere else for flooring or carpeting. They have some very high-end carpeting options as well that are fun to look at when you go to the store. In the end you will end up with great new flooring or carpeting. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Flooring problem solved! Thanks Luxor Floors.”

“I used **** **** and his team to install hardwood flooring, baseboards and crown molding in a home that I was project managing some renovation work. **** and his team did R & R (Rip and replace) on the flooring. They were professional, efficient, timely and completed the job early. I did not need to follow-up with them and did not have any issues with the work that required follow-up or repair. Two years later the floors have had no issues. We found **** and his team to be professional, craftsman that paid attention to details and were easy to work with on getting the job completed. They did not ask for payment before starting the work other than a standard deposit so the payment process was smooth and transparent. I would use **** and his team again for hardwood flooring, carpeting or installing baseboards and/or crown molding.”
