“We needed new carpet so I contacted the company we had dealt with for years. Their estimate seemed high and their contract mentioned moving furniture when there was none to be moved. I contacted Lone Star Carpeting and they gave me an estimate that was several hundred dollars less that the first firm. I was a little worried but saw that Lone Star’s ratings were superior so I signed their contract. The three people in the office that I dealt with were very nice as were the two who did an excellent installation job. Now we have one big problem. The new carpeting makes the old carpeting in the rest of our house look bad so Lone Star Carpeting will be hearing from us again soon.”
