“We have been in the process of rehabilitating our mountain home near Robbinsville for the past five years during which time we have essentially replaced or changed everything except the foundation. It has been an ordeal. Our last project was replacing the flooring. We were expecting to experience the same delays and disappointments as had been happening with every other aspect of reconstruction. Margo and company were the one bright spot in the entire reconstruction endeavor. Her company has a variety of styles to pick from and with her help and knowledge we able get what we were looking for. The installers did a great job as well. Very happy with the entire process.”

“Locust flooring we’re very helpful in doing my floors. The staff at there office was very helpful in choosing what I needed and would last the longest. The crew came out on time as scheduled there were very courteous and went right to work afterwards you couldn’t even tell they had been there other than the flooring was new they answered any questions I asked . This company by far was the easiest to work with on the remodel job we’re do. Also very fairly priced I highly recommend them.”

“Locust Flooring just installed porcelain tile in our kitchen, laundry area and pantry and I must say, that this project has been the biggest impact on the looks of our home. Owner Margo worked with us all through the selection process. She is very knowledgeable about her products and educated us as we took tile boards home to see what tiles looked like in our kitchen. Then Sonny Kosecki did the installation and I can honestly state that we've never had a contractor that did a job that we were as pleased with. Sonny returned phone calls and texts quickly and fully communicated when he'd be at the house AND HE DID WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO!! We couldn't be more pleased! The cost of the project was within $500 of our original budget, but that was because we needed”

“This place is wonderful. Margo and Sonny went out of their way to help us. Two weeks to the day after closing on a house in the Murphy area, we suffered a major water leak that destroyed the flooring in one of our two bathrooms. For nearly 8 weeks we went back and forth with another company that stayed long enough to gut the restroom but then became unresponsive in completing the job Within hours of contacting Margo at Locust Trading we had our work project scheduled and within 5 days the job was complete. Sonny did an awesome job and we love the end result!”
