“We bought 2 recliners during their Memorial Day sale. One of them had a manufacturer’s issue which was noticed in July. We then brought Legates photos of the issue. Their tech arrived a day or so later. They contacted the manufacturer, and picked the chair up soon after. Following up, they sent their men out (a good 20 miles!) and picked up the chair. Within 48 hours, they delivered the repaired chair in very good condition! We really appreciate how Legates responded to a manufacturer problem!”
