There was quite a bit of prep work needed and they didn’t skip a step to ensure proper installation and enjoyment of our floors for decades to come. Every detail from the start was exceptional. “LeBlanc's team is top shelf. From the initial call to Kevin, to the multiple visits to their showroom picking up and dropping off carpet samples, to the education gained and options offered during the onsite measurement for the estimate, the entire team at LeBlanc is excellent and very thorough. After twenty years, it was time for new carpets, hardwood refinishing, and the the addition of wood in areas that were carpeted previously. We have a species that is not as widely used as it was twenty years ago and I was concerned about the difference in color between the old and new wood. After an extensive search, LeBlanc was able to hunt down the same species, though the new planks were wider than existing, (3 1/2" vs 3 1/4"). They were able to modify the planks and lace into the existing flooring, then sanded and refinished (natural) all of the flooring and the results blew us away. You can't tell where the old meets the new, and the natural tone of the flooring gets compliments every time someone visits. The carpet and wood installers were real pros, and we are extremely happy. Will definitely recommend LeBlanc to others.”
