“The storefront is a little tucked away but once you get inside it's awesome. Too often when I visit stores like this, most of the displays and samples feel so dated (probably because the stores have had those displays up for decades) but Kraftician is different. Everything is curated so well and as I walked around the store I not only saw things that I had in my inspiration boards, but I saw things that I'd never seen before. When it came to ordering my countertops, Tom walked me through the entire process. He taught me so much about what to look for when selecting a slab, the checklist of things he managed for us and the things we needed to triple check when working with a fabricator. We got everything scheduled that day and he kept me updated throughout the entire process. They were installed yesterday and I'm loving the outcome! Once we get the finishing touches done, I'll try to remember to upload some photos.”

They visited the work area and gave me their personal and professional opinion which really made a huge difference in the final results. “I purchased three quartzite slabs for our kitchen, guest bath and laundry room. We visited a lot of stores across the Bay Area and couldn't find a Taj Mahal slab we felt comfortable with. Tom went above and beyond to find nice slabs and the job turned out really nice. Additionally, Tara recommended really nice tiles for the kitchen and fireplace. We love how our fireplace turned out. “I’m so blown away at the attention to detail Thomas of Kraftician Design and their fabricator Jose showed in our kitchen and bar remodel project. Not only do they do amazing work they are easy to work with! Thomas kept us up to date throughout the whole process and worked with us on planing out where our slabs would be used so everything would be perfect. Their fabricator went above and beyond our expectations. The quartz material we chose, Ethereal Noctis by Silestone, is a repeating pattern on all 4 slabs we needed for island, waterfall, counters and full wall backsplash. Thomas and his fabricator planned it so each section used looked unique and they lined up the veins so they seemed almost like they flowed seamlessly. Working with Kraftician Design was the only stress free part of our very stressful remodel and we are so grateful for that reprieve. I would highly recommend them for any of your remodel needs and look forward to working with them again in the future.”
