“The storefront is a little tucked away but once you get inside it's awesome. Too often when I visit stores like this, most of the displays and samples feel so dated (probably because the stores have had those displays up for decades) but Kraftician is different. Everything is curated so well and as I walked around the store I not only saw things that I had in my inspiration boards, but I saw things that I'd never seen before. When it came to ordering my countertops, Tom walked me through the entire process. He taught me so much about what to look for when selecting a slab, the checklist of things he managed for us and the things we needed to triple check when working with a fabricator. We got everything scheduled that day and he kept me updated throughout the entire process. They were installed yesterday and I'm loving the outcome!
