“After browsing other local shops as well as Randy's in CR, we settled on Kluesner Flooring for the remodel of our 25 year old basement and I could not be more happy with the decision for these key reasons: - Friendly: When it comes to my house, I know what I want and can be pretty particular. Jason was patient with my requests and helped me settle on the best options without being pushy or making me feel like I was wasting his time. - Pricing: Jason was competitive on pricing and his costs on product and installation beat the big box stores. - Installation Quality: We also had Jason and his team install the LVP flooring and carpet. NOTE: At one point we were going to switch our LVP product decision as we had friends who had the same product installed with disastrous results. Jason contacted the rep, identified that it was an issue outside of the product and allowed me to go see another install to make sure I would like the outcome. Finally, he guaranteed the quality of the install. The team came in and the final results look better than I could have imagined - and was completed in two days rather than the planned three! - RESPONSIVENESS & RELIABILITY: Jason does what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it. There was NO DELAY, no last minute changes of dates. It was all taken care of when it was planned. And for someone with multiple vendors and a life during a remodel, this was worth everything. Bottom Line: If you're shopping for flooring or need flooring installed, go to Kluesner Flooring. The team's responsiveness and reliability are rare and I would personally pay more for product to be able to have a vendor like Jason that I can rely on. Can't wait for my next project with Kluesner Flooring!”
