They were willing to travel nearly 50 miles to serve us after the Derecho overwhelmed many in our area.”

“We recently remodeled our laundry room, pantry , and bathroom and we could not be happier with how everything turned out. Kluesner Flooring did all of our flooring and they ceramic tiled our shower (which I can not stop staring at). I highly recommend them, not only did they do a fabulous job they were also very professional, friendly, timely, and very clean!!”

“When customers bring in measurements to us we do our very best to estimate using the information we have been given. Prior to ordering any flooring, we always send a measuring expert to verify the measurements were correct. In the case presented, the measurements which were given to us were 2 yards short of what the final job needed. When that happens, the customer is responsible for paying for the extra material. This is why estimates are subject to change. However, we are always willing to explain to the customer why their final invoice may differ from their estimate.”
