“We had the best experience purchasing our tile from King's Floor Covering. We’ve never been to the showroom or met them in person as we ordered via email and phone conversations. We found a tile we liked in another state and after calling other stores across the country, King’s Floor Covering was the only company that said they could get the tile without a 6-week wait. Ethan did everything possible to get our tile to us to meet our short timeline including providing updates as he tracked our order. He made all the logistical arrangements that were needed and had the tile ready when we arrived to pick up the order, which saved even more time on the schedule.
