“We have used Kepple’s for two separate jobs. The first was carpeting 3 bedrooms and a staircase in early 2021. We are pleased with the installation and the way the carpet has help up well so far. I believe Kepple’s tends to offer high quality carpeting at a fair price. Later in 2021 we had our kitchen floor replaced. It was Mannington Luxury vinyl floor that had grout installed between the tiles. A few months after the installation, the grout started to separate from the vinyl. Doug Kepple came out and agreed that it was unacceptable. He had his crew come out and replace the floor with a new floor free of charge. Normally companies talk about warranties on their product when they are trying to sell it, and then have a fine print reason why they will not honor the warranty, making it essentially worthless. It was nice to see a Kepple’s stand behind their product. Kudos!”
