“We just had tile flooring installed from James Flooring in Palm Coast, FL. Had a good experience when we entered the store. Mark was knowledgeable and personable. We brought home some samples as Mark was coming the next day to measure and provide a proposal (which we received the same day). The samples didn’t look right, so I phoned that morning to ask Mark to bring additional samples. Found the perfect tile in the new samples. Proposal accepted and timeline discussed. Let them know we needed to remove cabinets, etc before they removed and installed the tile. Mark let me know they would work with our cabinet maker’s schedule who needed 2 days for demolition. All went as planned! After removal, Xavier, the installer, and his guys appeared early the next day to remove the tiles and install new. All that was accomplished in one day! Next day they came early again to grout and finished the job. They also moved the appliances and then hooked them back up. Their was minimal mess. Xavier does an excellent job, is professional and personable. It was a pleasure having him in our home doing the work for us. I love my new floor. It is gorgeous and I couldn’t be more pleased! I highly recommend James Flooring. The are very accommodating and great to work with!”
