“Words can’t I express how thrilled we are that we found JZ Star. The guys are just extraordinarily good at what they do. The professionalism and detail in the way they work is amazing. They took their time and used their skills to provide us with the best floors execution. They are very talented and their work craftsmanship says it all. Of course picking a good quality floor helps a lot too they said because there is less margin for issues. But besides that it was all them. They were punctual and kept busy. “Jaime was amazing. I had to schedule and reschedule numerous times as the closing of my house kept getting pushed. Instead of writing me off - given that I was a new client and probably driving him crazy - he was patient and understanding. He treated my job with the utmost respect and understood how important it was for me. He responded to emails and calls within minutes - early in the morning, late in the evening and on weekends. I will be using him again to install tile in two of my bathrooms in my house as well as laying floor in my kitchen.
