“We had a floor fitted last year but there was some cracking and chiping of the vinyl tile in some areas. When I raised my concerns Ken immediately sent someone round to take a look. It became evident it had not been prepared properly the first time so they decided it was best to replace the complete floor. I am so pleased with the service that we received and the floor looks amazing. Customer service and aftercare are second to none and Rob and his team did a fantastic job laying the new floor. Professionalism at its best. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Island Carpets.”
