“Back in March, I had asked for suggestions for having new carpeting installed. Shortly after. My husband and I had gone to Snyders in Westmoreland and picked out some ideas. We made an appt for the following Saturday to have them come out to measure and they never showed up. We tried calling multiple times that day and never heard anything from them. We decided to go to Inserras. From the second we walked in the door, we dealt with Allen and had an amazing sales experience. Today, they sent their sub-contractor, Chris out and with his 22 years of very noticeable experience, he did an amazing job. I am so tremendously pleased with how the carpets turned out. He ripped out the old stuff and installed new in our living room, laundry room, stairs and upstairs hallway in less than 6 hours. Very, very pleased and would highly recommend them!”
