They employ their own installers, who are friendly and professional and who work darned hard to make things perfect. At Hughes, Angie walked us through the process. She struggled with us to match previous flooring, and succeeded better than we expected. Marvin and his crew installed it, overcoming many obstacles, acing the details, cleaning up afterwards. The end result is not only beautiful, it enhances the look and value of our home. We could have chosen a cheaper big box solution, but it was completely worthwhile to work with Hughes, caring professionals, and we're glad we did!”

“I’ve worked with several different contractors since buying my current house 2 years ago and Hughes rates near the top of all of them. Rodney was easy to work with when we were picking out our hardwood floor selections, he came out and took measurements and was on time and wearing a mask. The price quote was fair, and he ordered the product and had a install date scheduled within a few days. Anytime I had any questions he answered his phone on the first ring. The crew that installed it showed up on time, and worked all day on the project. They cleaned up behind themselves and the quality of their install was fantastic. No cut corners, tight seams and the moldings are flawless. You couldn’t ask for any better.”
