“First time using Zerorez, and so far I’m very pleased. We had several hidden stains that we didn’t know about until we removed furniture and storage boxes (in the closet and under the bed) from where our cat coughed up hairballs, Technician let me know what to expect and did his job quickly and thoroughly. He just left, so I’m waiting for the carpet to dry, but so far it looks so much better, and the pet stains are gone!”

“Recently got my carpet cleaned, it looks new now. There were spots everywhere from pet accidents, kid spots, everything you can think of was in that carpet. they got everything out!!!! The technician who cleaned for me was so kind and professional, just overall was awesome person!!! He was so personable I felt like I knew him my entire life! Will definitely request for the same technician! I look forward to getting regular routine cleanings done at least once a year!”

“Ernestoshowed up right in tine.. very, polite respectful.. very professional. Explained what he was therefore and what he would be doing. Very knowledgeable! Went right to work treating problem areas and then about his cleaning of a bedroom, hallway, living room and 6 stairs.. asked if he had time to clean the area rug in the foyer.. after he checked and got the ok.OK.. he added that to the job Ernesto was great! Everything was done with professional care and efficiency. All in all.. it was a great experience... carpets are cleaned and look great for a reasonable price. I could be happier.. I will use the service again and will recommend the service to friends and family.”
