“Nick was a massive help in helping me choose new floors for my camper van. I explained what i was looking for, and found the perfect LVP for my project. Even though i was only working with a 35ft² space, i was treated just as important as any other customer. There was no attempt to upsell me, and i ended up with exactly what i needed at a great price. When i received the boxes of planks, one of the boxes had gotten damaged during shipping (not Heritage's fault), but they quickly ordered me a new box as a replacement. Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and overall great people.”

“We went to visit Heritage Floor Covering to get an estimate on hand-scraped engineered hickory flooring that was damaged in our home. The store is about what I was expecting; no frills, flooring samples everywhere. Nick was very welcoming and really took the time to find exactly what we requested, setting out over a dozen samples for us to look through. Clearly is well experienced as he was able to find many samples that were quite similar to the sample we brought in, in a very short amount of time. We haven’t purchased anything yet at the time this was written.”

“Pam and Nick are great! Our floor still looks brand new after 3 years. Adding to our original post since we had another floor done. We had our kitchen floor done and it looks Great! They are willing to take the time and explain about the difference in flooring. They let you take sample to see how it will look in your house. Their installers do a great job and are very polite and clean up after themselves.”

“I cannot express more how happy and grateful I am to have stumbled across Heritage Floor Covering. I received several quotes from "'big name" companies and was never comfortable with the quality for price point that I continued to get. After doing copious amounts of my own research, I eventually called Heritage and Nick new exactly what I would want just off the parameters of my house and my general expectations. I was in the store for less than 5 minutes before having the samples in my hands that I eventually purchased. Their installers were true professionals and did phenomenal work.
