“I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company. Both the husband and wife of the business have been more than helpful. And the selection fit my needs so perfectly. I found a specific engineered hard wood floor that I really wanted. I had been on the lookout for that flooring for a couple months. With it being more expensive than other options, I stumbled on it at heirloom flooring on sale. They were so nice and even though the sale had ended they extended for me and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. I had them come out to measure the floor to make sure I ordered the right amount and he was the nicest guy. I live down the street from the shop and he said he could help me out and deliver the wood when it came in. I couldn’t believe it. They went the extra mile for me and didn’t have to. It was no requirement to be delivered but this couple truly cares about their business and their customer service was so amazing and attentive. Being a young single home owner, you couldn’t believe how much their customer service has helped me. My dad and I put the flooring down together and I am so happy with my choice I don’t want to lay a single rug down just yet. It’s beautiful!! And I am so grateful for their help, suggestions, and caring customer support...I will recommend anyone and everyone to their store. “My neighbors used Heirloom Flooring and their kitchen floor looks great. When I walked into the store, I met Heather and knew I was in good hands. She helped me pick out a LVT (luxury vinyl tile ) that looks like Traverine tile. Florin came almost immediately to give me an estimate. He also answered some questions I had subsequent to his visit to do the estimate. The workers were great- on time, worked hard, did great finishing work (baseboards and trim pieces), were polite and respectful of my home. My job, about 1800 sq ft. (whole house minus bathrooms) took 2 days to lay the LVT, add new baseboards and trim pieces. I prefer to use “Mom and Pop” companies because I believe these type of businesses have a greater interest in ensuring thing get done timely and done correctly. I am thrilled with how my floors and house look. The stone-look, LVT is stunning and really updates my 1960s house. I highly recommend Heirloom Flooring and would use them again without question.”
