“We are very pleased with our new floor purchased and installed by About All Floors. The entire process was simple and hassle free. Our sales representative Rebecca let us take samples home, answered all of our questions and let us take all the time we needed to pick our floor. After we picked our floor, she provided a detailed estimate for material and labor charges and an estimated time line for completion They also accommodated our schedule for an install date. We needed to push the install back a few weeks because of our bakery business. Our installer was Raun. He arrived on time, ripped out the old laminate floor and underlayment in the kitchen and laundry area and installed the new floor, new molding and caulked the baseboards, nail holes and any other areas that needed it. Raun and his assistant worked through lunch and the entire job was completed by 4:00 pm. They swept up and cleaned their work area and disposed of the old flooring materials . The result was a fast, professional installation and we now have a floor that looks beautiful and should be the last floor we ever need. Thanks so much to your entire team and installers.
