I had so many issues when trying to schedule with home depot, and ended up receiving amazing service and quality for the same price through Hawkins. I told them that my main priority was getting my carpet in as soon as possible, and they did what they needed to to accomplish that for me. They scheduled an estimate within 24hrs of my call. When Sekhar came to measure, he ensured to bring in carpet samples that they had in stock at all times so that we wouldn't have to wait for ordering of materials. He helped me choose an affordable option that accounted for my needs at home. Their padding is also higher quality than what home depot was offering. Their pricing was so nicely simplified. Each price included the price for the carpet, padding, and installation together. Whereas elsewhere, they price all 3 separately. They asked for a deposit of half the cost before they provided the service, then the rest of the payment afterwards. Hawkins was able to schedule my installation within 3 days. The day of installation, the gentlemen were respectful of my home and made sure to ask questions to verify what I would need. They cleaned up afterwards and called Viki prior to leaving to allow me to talk to her and verify her employees performed an adequate job. I could not be happier with the result and the customer service I received.”
