“We had a great experience! I had been to 3 stores, dragging samples home and nothing seemed to work so i love the fact that samples are brought directly to the house. Installation was scheduled in a timely manner and the installers were quick and efficient. I had absolutely no issues with anything! AND, veteran owned!”

The crew who did the installation were wonderful, hardworking and did not disappoint. We replaced old carpet, sheet vinyl and laminate with waterproof vinyl planks throughout our entire home. “Based on positive reviews, we called Chuck Harrow to discuss splitting problems (due to slab settlement issues) with our engineered hard wood floors and possible remedies. He was very responsive and gave us options including repair or replacement (new floor). He provided us many samples of flooring to consider and was very patient during the process. In the end. we decided to repair what we had using some extra flooring and sent us Jeff to make the repairs. His work was excellent and we are very pleased with his work. Thanks Chuck and Jeff for resolving our flooring problem.”
