“Great reasonable price of floors”

“Chuck visited and provided many options for us to look at. He subbed out the job to a two man crew who moved all our furniture, ripped up our old flooring, and laid new flooring over a period of four days. We had the whole house refloored while living here and it was massively stressful because you are in essence moving. That said his crew did a great job on our floors. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is I am not happy with some of our long transition areas because they used multiple smaller pieces instead of long ones. I know it costs more but having a joint in the middle isn't as nice.”

Chuck did a great job explaining and answering all questions. The install was painless with friendly workers that respected our property. “Chuck was an amazing guy! He renovated all the flooring in my parents home in Groveland, they lived out of state and was relocating back to FL. They trusted him to do the renovation while never even being in the home to see anything, he would FaceTime, send pictures and video of the work progress along the way. He was incredibly determined to make sure it was done right and keep us inform throughout the process. We are so please with this company wish I could give 10 stars.”

“It is natural to be somewhat cautious and skeptical about home improvement contractors in general, when developing a plan to renovate or upgrade one's home. Being in the contracts business world for many years, it was certainly not my first rodeo. After receiving several quotes for our project, we were very pleased with Chuck and his proposal, experience, expertise, candid recommendations and timely and considerate follow-through in the process. We agreed to his proposal, in part because of being veteran-owned and managed, but primarily because of the product recommended, the project approach, the care and concern expressed for providing the ultimate in customer satisfaction. We presented the down payment, material was ordered immediately and was received on schedule. An additional blessing in this process working with Harrow Flooring was meeting and working with Marcy and dealing with both of them for their perspective, recommendations, detailed information, with regard to the installation, crew, how the actual process would work and hearing the gratitude and appreciation for our business. The installation team arrived as scheduled, preparations were quickly and efficiently made, furniture was moved out of the way, and the installation began. All aspects of the job were efficiently realized, just as we were told. The crew was diligent, meticulous, thorough and professional. Over half of the project was completed the first day. They cleaned up before leaving, staged material for the next day and arrived the next morning as scheduled. The installation team focused on completion the second day, a long day, but finished up at 9:30 pm. Normally in a project such as this, it is common to have descrepancies or a punch-out list. The meticulous nature of the crew resulted in neither. It was impressive. Harrow Floor Gallery performed impressively and delivered the premier product as promised. In all my years in business working with contractors and subcontractors, I can state without reservation that this project was planned and executed seamlessly and to the complete satisfaction of the home owner. Harrow delivers everything as quoted and promised and more, never hesitant about doing the little extra things, going the extra mile We highly recommend them for your home improvement needs.
