“Our experience with Hardwood Floors Outlet was outstanding. All salespersons and admin personnel were polite and professional in every way. Extremely helpful both in relation to products available and our particular use of them. Kevin came to our home to measure off and give us an estimate of how much flooring we would need and the cost. Roy came to our home to determine if our substrate was satisfactory for the flooring we had chosen. No charge for either of these services. Pr'ice and quality of our floor choice was excellent and looks great. Can't say enough positive about this business and the service we received.”

Roy said he would look at the schedule and call back, never happened. We called Kevin two times, no one ever called back. " disappointed "”
