“We did set three appointment for flooring to get quotes. Two companies I'm not going to name, however, they talk our ears off after we told them we have other appointment and just looking for quotes, and gave us quotes on the spot and called everyday after we had the appointment with there sales pitch. It was really annoying because you can tell it was about the money. But not Great American Floors, they did an amazing job on my floors all in one day... Sale person Rachel look at the floors measure everything and stated I'll emailed you a quote. She was very professional, great customer service, friendly and made us feel comfortable as well as went above and beyond to do the job correctly and I wasn't just looking for a payday like the other floor companies... Thanks Great American Floors After the floors were done and we paid, i still receivced a call to make sure I was satisfied and when I explain my concern, Josh came out and made everything 200% better.(with no hidden fees or charges)....
