“After extensively researching local flooring companies on line to do the floors with laminate in our bedrooms, we chose Friendly Floors. They installed the floors last week and, I must say, we chose well! On our first visit to the store, we met Violet who positioned herself less as a salesperson and more as a consultant. She was very knowledgeable, professional and really helped us make an informed decision. Tina came to our home to provide us with an estimate and we agreed to move forward on the spot! Tina was very experienced and answered more of our questions professionally. On installation day, our two installers, Joe and Jason showed up exactly on time and, as we requested, wore masks through the entire process. These guys are real craftsman and have been doing this kind of work for about20 years. They were meticulous. The laminate boards were fitted in the most advantageous way and they even took great care at making sure the quarter round molding was mitered in a seamless fashion. As a bonus, these are two very interesting and nice guys! If you use Friendly Flooring, which we hope you do, we highly recommend that you ask for these installers! We like that Friendly Floors is a local, female owned business. Nice to support local businesses like this.”
