“We needed to have a carpet re-stretched in our master bedroom, as it must not have been installed correctly when we built our house several years ago and had buckled up. Brad and Steve did a high-quality, phenomenal job re-stretching it, correcting the issues perfectly, and literally added years to our carpet's life. They also were able to correct the three doorways to our bedroom -- two where the carpet met tiled flooring and one that led out to the lanai. That was a real unexpected plus, as those areas were looking worn and uneven and now look like new again. Brad and Steve were friendly, professional, and very careful and thorough. Brad said, "Only 'cowboys' use knee-kickers to install carpeting." Not only does it not stretch the carpet snugly enough (resulting wrinkling, ripples and buckling down the road) -- it also plays havoc on the knees of the installers. Superb job, gentlemen! Only place we'll go for flooring needs in the future. Highly recommend them -- ABSOLUTELY!”

She listened tentatively to our needs and provided options best suited for us. She was not pushy and most helpful. We absolutely love our tile and laminate floors! Above and beyond our expectations. We've heard horror stories about how filthy tile installs can be and we were so surprised how neat our installers Walter and Greg were. NO MESS, NONE!
