His team also installed a door and trim for a closet space that I needed finished. In short, my flooring and carpentry experience with Floorware Interior Works was great! Sasan has a great eye for design and can advise on aesthetics, which I appreciate. His showroom has a wonderful selection of flooring material and I was able to find one that suited my house perfectly. Communication - Excellent and prompt. Sasan communicates clearly via phone or text and will let you know what to expect and when. If I had a question, he was quick in getting back to me. He gave me a call at the end of each project day to check how I felt and if I had any feedback. I very much appreciated how much he cared that my project was done right and to my satisfaction. Quality of work: Again, wonderful. Both the flooring team and the carpentry team were quick and efficient. They always arrived on time and were very polite!
