“If I could give a 5000+ star review, I would. Dealing with Phillip, who is the owner, was so seamless and he really goes above and beyond with customer service. I was not home when they installed, however, my parents were for me. Phillip and Geo, his installer are top notch! I have a few more rooms to do and I will definitely be going back. If you need flooring, you need to check them out!”

“I cannot say enough positive things about this local business. It took me quite a long time to decide on my products. The staff were so patient with the many, many samples I borrowed and always had time to answer questions to help me fulfill my design vision. Their work was exemplary - very dependable and worked with me every step of the way. With my home being over 30 years old, there were structural issues to overcome. The staff went the extra mile to make sure the foundation of the product was sufficiently level to achieve excellent results. Even with an accidental breakage that could have happened to anyone, Floors Unlimited assured me they would make the situation right and followed through in short order. I'm sure it had to impact their profit for the job, but they took care of business with my satisfaction obviously being the end goal. Their custom service, industry expertise, and dedication to providing a positive customer experience are of the highest quality. I would highly recommend them for all flooring needs.”

“Floors Unlimited is a local business that sells and installs all types of flooring. Phil ( the owner) and Terry (salesperson) were very pleasant to deal with and listened carefully to what we were looking for. The prices for good quality carpeting were fair and reasonable and we decided to renew the carpeting in our whole house (3 bedrooms, large room over the garage, hallways and stairs, living room and family room. The installation crew (Geo, Carlos, and Lucas) were superior, hard working and real craftsmen who were proud of their work. They did all the work in a day and a half including moving all the furniture out and back in all the rooms. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.”
