“We picked out new carpet last month and getting quotes from a few companies. They came in got measurements. We paid 1/2 of the total as a deposit and our carpet was ordered. The carpet was on back-order, as we ordered a more "luxury" type. We ordered a beautiful multi-tone gray berber (looped) carpet, called Gunmetal. The installers came Friday morning, slightly later than expected, as there were delays in the 1st appt, however they called to advise us. They ripped up the old carpet, and moved furniture as needed (we avoided moving much upstairs) and worked hard all day. I offered them cold drinks, and they were nice. As they arrived late, they asked permission if they could stay until about 7pm to finish, and we agreed. I was anxious to see, but did not peek as I wanted to stay out of the way. I was later invited to come peek when they were about 90% done. The carpet was beautiful, and it felt so good on the feet! I love my new carpet, HUGE improvement. When we are ready to redo the flooring on the 1st floor, we will be back!!”
