“I cannot rave enough about the integrity of the owner-Tom. He has stood behind a floor that the manufacturer would not at great cost to him. He replaced all the flooring which was a sizable amount and footed the entire amount. It was a long process which involved an independent appraiser which verified the floor was defective and Tom just kept reassuring us that he would make it right.The installer, Alex, was so eager to make sure we were happy with everything and did a beautiful job. Tom made sure everything that needed to be moved, adjusted, etc. was taken care of and always in the most pleasant manner. It is so rare in today's environment that a business does everything to make their customer happy. Tom did floors for us years ago and we were delighted then as well. Unfortunately, a flooding issue caused us to get all the flooring replaced or we would still have the original. Flooring Specialists should be you first and only choice in choosing flooring since the owner is many times as important as the product.”

“I cannot rave enough about the owner,Tom, of this company. We had replaced a flooring that got water damaged that he had originally done years ago. We were so satisfied then, that we naturally turned to him for our new wood floors. Unfortunately, there was some kind of defect in the way our new floors were manufactured and even after independent testing and verification that it was the floor product at fault, the manufacturer would not stand behind it. Throughout this process, Tom kept reassuring us that he would make it right no matter what the testing revealed. Well, at a great cost to him, he replace all our flooring at no charge to us. His integrity as a businessman and obviously as a person, is beyond reproach. He took care of moving everything out and back, adjusting anything that needed o be adjusted, etc., without ever once acting like he was doing us a favor. It is one thing to stand behind an installation, it is another thing to personally foot the bill for what the manufacturer should have been taking care of. The installer, Alex, was an absolute pleasure, doing a beautiful job and always so willing to make sure everything was perfect. It is so unusual to find a business today that really knows what customer service is. Floor Specialists should be your place to entrust your home or business flooring needs to.”

“Had my entire home redone. From the moment I walked into the store, until the project was completed, I had wonderful sales people who helped me select flooring, and quickly had it in stock. Great communication throughout. The installer, Javier, was clean, neat, helpful and thorough. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to hold up installation for a few weeks and they couldn’t have been nicer about rescheduling and immediately getting the job completed. Love my floors and this was truly a great group of professionals who I had the pleasure to work with!”

“I would never shop anywhere else for my flooring needs. I had a terrible experience with another flooring company, and lost allot of money. I don't even want to chase them down any longer for fixing my issue. Floor Specialists Of Wellington came in and fixed our issue, and also installed beautiful new hardwood floors in our three bedrooms. “This is the second time I have used Floor Specialists of Wellington. First time was for tiling a floor in our spare room and this time for the backsplash in our kitchen and laundry room.
