“We had an issue with one of the blinds we purchased 18+ months ago. We worked with Andrea to inquire about the limited lifetime warranty. She called the manufacturer and was able to get them to honor their limited warranty. Because the color we originally purchased was no longer available, Andrea asked that all of the blinds in this particular room be replaced, in order to have matching blinds. We worked with Shauna on the pick-up, and everything went very smoothly.
