“I went to Floor Depot after a really bad experience with one of those big flooring companies that comes to your home with samples. We decided to hire Floor Depot for our current flooring needs and will definitely make them our only stop when we finish up the rest of the house. The first big difference I noticed was the quality and selection of flooring materials. We were looking at Luxury Vinyl Tile and carpet, and Floor Depot had at least ten times the selection of the other company in these lines as well as wood, laminate, and tile. Next, the managers in the store were very knowledgeable. I worked mainly with JR and Greg—they listened to my concerns and questions to help me come up with the right products for me. They also gave me samples to take home and keep for a few days, something that other company said they would do but never happened. Once we decided on the products, the pricing was actually better than the other company even though we went with slightly higher quality materials from Floor Depot— this in spite of the supposed “60 percent off materials” sale with the other place. Additionally the scheduling process with Floor Depot was flexible and at my convenience, not theirs. And lastly, their installers are employees of the company, not contractors, which was very important to us. They were extremely professional and thorough—no rush jobs from them. I am 100 percent happy with service, our new flooring, and the overall experience with them. I only wish we had gone to them first!”
