“tldr: highly recommend Floor & Wall Design. Andy and his family have been great to work with. We plan to work with them again when we redo the master bathroom. Back in April, our downstairs bathroom pipes in the wall sprung a leak that resulted in the destruction of our bathroom vanity and much of the walls. We reached out to Floor & Wall Design, and got a rough estimate of the work before beginning the design phase. Andy was very helpful in walking us through the materials we could use as well as provided lots of examples from prior projects. We had always wanted a walk-in shower, and it seemed like now was the time to make that switch. The materials were ordered later that month, and then in May, we discovered another leak that resulted in some project delays. Turns out we had electrolysis that was degrading our pipes throughout the house. After multiple assessments from plumbers, we had to put the redesign on a month long pause while we replaced all of the pipes in our house (not exactly how we intended to spend the summer of 2022). Andy worked with us to create a second project to address all of the holes in our ceiling and walls where old pipes had to be removed. It was a large project, but the end result was a downstairs bathroom that looks like it was built for a luxury hotel, a very modern looking living room and kitchen, and a beautiful purple accent wall that really brings our master bedroom to life. We wanted to use cultured marble for our downstairs vanity which resulted in us needing to purchase an entire slab. That was perfect for us as we intend to redo our master bathroom in the near future (so we don't need to be jealous of our guest's bathroom). Andy and his family are holding onto the remaining slab for us at no charge. Andy, his family, and his team have all been great to work with. We enjoyed getting to know them, and we look forward to working with them again on our future house remodeling projects.”

“I've been through many renovations since I moved to DFW and these guys were by far the best! Andy and his crew were always on time, polite, and professional. We hired them to complete our backsplash, which was nerve wracking for me considering this is our forever home. Thankfully Andy never pressured us and allowed us to take our time with the tile and grout selections. He even sent me pictures of tiles he thought we might like and let us hold on to samples for longer than we should have. We finally selected a tile that Andy had suggested in the beginning of the process. After selections were made Andy promptly put us on the schedule and our project was completed in a flash! On top of that, the backsplash is absolutely stunning! It's just an added bonus that the price was very reasonable!”
