“I recently needed a particular kind of shelf pin that I could not find in any Waterloo-Cedar Falls big box stores, hardware stores, nor on-line which was all time consuming and ultimately frustrating. With little hope of success, I took a sample of the pin into Fishsticks and to my delightful surprise they had a small package of these shelf pins. Despite my insistence, Mr. Fisher even refused payment for the pins. He was very kind and helpful and even allowed me to take a piece of candy. Because of the superior customer service I will welcome the opportunity to do business again with Fishsticks and encourage others to frequent this outstanding place of business in our community. J.A.
