“We enjoyed working with Sandra in 2021 and wish we could give the experience 5 stars. However, the hardwood staircase installation ended up quite squeaky! The whole house can hear when the stairs are used at night. When we brought up this issue, the installers attributed it to the underlying surface. Frankly, I don’t buy it as the stairs were whisper quiet before the install. Asides from that, the laminate install upstairs was well done. But I would look elsewhere if the job involves stairs.”
